Agreed .... even right now I believe that the last and final way to get any LTI ships is for the Limited Time Concept Sales.
So if you know someone is looking for that special ship be sure to talk to them and let them know that out of the newer concepts coming out will have limited LTI on them for those willing to fund the project to get those ships.

The Herald will be LTI and only $85, as well as being able to Cross Chassis Upgrade them to other ships that are passed concept phase as they make it into AC.

The Herald would be the best one to pledge for to use for Cross Chassis Upgrading to ships you want LTI on.

My concern with buying a Herald to use for CCU is that the Herald may be one of the last ships to become AC ready, and I think both ships involved in CCU have to be AC ready.

That said, there are rumors the CCU system is going to be revamped soon. I think thats a good idea.
