Saitek X55 in 1.3

Hey guys.

I have a problem with my Hotas. Since 1.3 hit I cannot get it to work at all. I already reinstalled the whole game but still I cannot fix the problem.
It doesn't show up in the advanced settings anymore. I can make the stick work but then the throttle doesn't work.

Has anyone the same problem or even better a solution?
