ok see the poll has changed slightly from when i initially posted

I am unsure if you now want me to add individual ships or just do and idris + option

either way so far we are looking at:

Idris M + maybe 2 hornet variants
2x scythes
2x 350r
Caterpillar
Starfarer
Retalliator

As thats between 2 of us, closer to the time hopefully we can maybe give away places on the Idris some of the more useful ships as long as you beat any dents out!

This will obviously be dependent on how well we manage to get them all equipped nicely. It is also subject to change we may melt the odd one and switch and change though this is dependent upon what variants come up. Obviously the Idris isn't going anywhere :p

Closer to the time though hope to see what is actually needed as I am thinking there may well be shortfalls for ships capable of support like the starfarer.

Either way I will try and keep this up to date.

Gladiator is most likely what I'll fly, but I can run recon in my 350R if needed.

This should probably be bumped up. Also we may want to modify the poll to reflect the new hornet variants.

Changed my vote as I no longer have an Avenger and have settled on the LX upgrade for my Aurora as I just had to get the F7C-M

288 ships so far from only 73pilots...
1154 sign ups on main thread...
Lets do some wild speculation:
288/73=3.9 ships per pilot
1154x3.9=4500.6 Ships

Now have Super Hornet, Tracker and Ghost. Already have Aurora M, LN, LX; Avenger, Freelancer, Constellation & Gladiator. So when we get to PU Beta I guess figure out our needs. Repensum est canicula!

as for now I am holding off on my ship assignments to be dedicated to this Operation till we get closer to the date(yet to be determined at this time) in question.

I'm planning on bringing my Idris M and some Hornets if I can scrounge together the crew. I've got a goodly number of ships so I might loan some out to others or use NPCs as well if it proves possible, but, at the least I'll be bringing the Idris along.

My primary ship will be a Caterpillar but I plan on outfitting an interceptor 350r (with gatlings on the wings and a mass driver in the nose) and can also bring a Cutlass for pitched battles.

I will be bringing -only- my Constellation, along with an NPC crew (or players if I have friends willing to join in).

I'm more of a pilot than I am a gunner though, so if you spot me in the skies, don't expect the best firing support - I'm better off as a decoy.

i will be bringing my Aurora LN, Origin 325a, and my spankin' new F7C-M Super Hornet.

If all goes well, and my squadrons numbers are up to par by then i will be bringing the rest of my squadron along as well.
